It all started in 2020 from our home kitchen during the pandemic, serving Classic Buffalo Wings and Tuna Pesto to our neighborhood. As word spread, so did our customers—many even thought we already had a restaurant. (Truth is, it was just us cooking from home!)

We received a few offers to invest along the way, but none felt like the right fit. After taking a short break in 2022, a strategic partner from overseas saw the potential in what we were building. That quiet vote of confidence helped turn a home kitchen into the Wingstrip you see today, with our first physical store opening in 2026.
